1. Clinical Assessment & Disclaimer
The online suitability assessment is a preliminary triage tool designed to score candidate suitability for SANA Method scalp acupuncture. It does not replace a clinical face-to-face consultation. No diagnostic claim is made or implied prior to a clinical physical consultation with Said Memon.
2. Consultations & Bookings
Appointments scheduled via our portal are subject to availability. 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or reschedules. Failure to cancel within this window may incur standard session fees.
3. User Responsibility & File Integrity
Users uploading medical files (e.g. MRIs, X-rays) represent and warrant that they own or hold necessary permissions for the file contents. Uploaded documents must be clean, free of malware, and accurately describe the patient's condition.
4. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the local regulations and healthcare framework. All clinical practices operate under naturopathic and acupuncture licensing standards.
